David Jones

David Jones is Founder and Director of Anchor Graphics, Columbia College Chicago. He attended the Center for Photographic Studies, Louisville; Banff Centre for the Arts and Vancouver School of Art, Canada, and University of Missouri-Kansas City. He received his BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute, and is in the MA program in Interdisciplinary Arts at Columbia College. Artist-in-Residencies include Cill Rialaig, Ireland; Press Papier, Trois-Rivieres, Canada; and Roger Brown Residency. Jones has presented lectures, demonstrations and workshops at Guanlan Printmaking Base, China; Sabiedriska Organizacija, Latvia; University of North Texas; University of Wisconsin, Madison and Milwaukee; State College of Florida, Bradenton; New York Academy of Art, NYC; State University of New York-Buffalo; Savannah College of Art and Design. Exhibitions include Wesleyan University, Bloomington, Illinois; Neiman Gallery, Columbia University School of the Arts, NYC; St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana; and Facultad de Artes Plasticas, Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa, Mexico.
